Our Aim
To provide safe, structured, and recovery-focused accommodation that supports smooth transition from hospital to community living. Objectives include:

Our Service
Who we look after
Adults aged 18–65 years with established mental health needs, clinically stable and fit for discharge, requiring short-term transitional support prior to independent or supported accommodation.​
Accommodation
Shared accommodation for up to four residents, each with a private, fully furnished bedroom and shared communal areas. Located close to transport, GP surgeries, and community amenities. The environment promotes privacy, dignity, safety, and comfort.

Duration and Nature of Stay
Placements typically last 12–18 weeks (extendable up to 6 months), focusing on move-on readiness, independence, and recovery. Weekly reviews are held jointly with the resident, keyworker, and multi-agency professionals.​

Staffing and Support Model
24/7 on-site staffing provided by experienced mental health professionals and trained support workers.
Support includes emotional and practical assistance, medication prompts (not administration), crisis response, structured daily routines, budgeting, cooking, health management, and social skill development.
