Southview Care is a Short-Term Step-Down and Transitional Support Accommodation.

 

Southview Care Services provides short-term, recovery-focused accommodation for young adults with mental health needs who are ready for discharge from hospital or secure mental health services but are not yet ready for full independent living.
The service supports individuals who are clinically ready for discharge but require transitional support while non-clinical barriers—such as housing readiness or tenancy arrangements—are being resolved.
This service offers a structured community-based period of support before individuals move into independent or supported accommodation.
Note: Southview Care Services does not provide personal care or any CQC-regulated activities. The service operates as a non-regulated supported housing/step-down model under local authority commissioning and contractual arrangements.
